2. Service Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • A service has not yet begun, and no work has been performed
  • A billing error occurred
  • A mutually agreed‑upon contractual clause allows for partial refunds

Once work has started, time has been allocated, or deliverables have been produced, refunds are generally not available.

3. Project‑Based Engagements

For fixed‑price or milestone‑based engagements:

  • Payments already made for completed milestones are non‑refundable
  • Future milestones may be canceled if work has not begun
  • Any exceptions must be documented in the project contract
